MEMORANDUM RULING For the reasons set forth, the 9 MOTION for Summary Judgment is DENIED. The 11 CROSS MOTION for Summary Judgment is GRANTED. Accordingly, the Court finds defendant is entitled to judgment in her favor in the amount of $14 ,750 in her favor, plus interest, in accordance with 42 USC Section 1395oo(f).
