MEMORANDUM RULING - The 20 MOTION for Leave to File Reply to Plaintiff's Opposition to Wal-Mart's Motion for Summary Judgment is GRANTED. Considering the foregoing, the 17 MOTION for Summary Judgment flied by defendants Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. and Claims Management, Inc. is GRANTED, and the plaintiff's claims against Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. and Claims Management Inc. are DENIED AND DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE. It appears that the instant Ruling resolves all disputes between the parties. In light of the foregoing, IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the parties shall submit a proposed judgment, approved as to form, within ten (10) days of the date of this Ruling.
