IT IS ORDERED that defendants’ Motion to Dismiss be GRANTED and
Plaintiff’s claims be DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE at Plaintiff’s costs under Rule
41(b) for Plaintiffs’ failure to prosecute and comply with the Court’s orders.
