Guy Cormier is DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED that the motion is
otherwise DENIED. Plaintiff may file an amended complaint within twenty-one (21) days of the
