Present in Court were Paul Matthew Jones, on behalf of Plaintiff, Medve Energy Ventures, LLC; and Jacob Weixler and Richard Hymel, on behalf of Defendants, Steven Kent II and Jana Kent. After hearing the arguments of counsel, and having conducted an independent review of the record, the Court adopts the reasons stated in the Report and Recommendation of the Magistrate Judge previously filed herein, having determined that the findings and recommendations are correct under the applicable law, IT IS ORDERED that the Motion to Dismiss filed by Defendants, Steven W.
