recommendation is correct and adopts the findings and conclusions therein as its own.

IT IS ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED that the Commissioner=s
decision is REVERSED and REMANDED to the Commissioner pursuant to the fourth
sentence of 42 U.S.C. ' 405(g) 1 with instructions that the claimant’s applications for
Disability Insurance Benefits and Supplemental Security Income be granted and for
computation and payment of an award of benefits beginning on April 21, 2009.
