IT IS ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that Defendant Lafayette Police
Department’s Motion to Dismiss [Doc. No. 6] is GRANTED, and Plaintiff Joseph Clark’s
claims against Defendant Lafayette Police Department are DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.
