Accordingly, it is hereby ORDERED that Defendant Probation and Pretrial
Services’ Motion to Dismiss (ECF No. 13) be and hereby is GRANTED.
It is further ORDERED that Defendant Maine State Housing’s Motion to
Dismiss (ECF No. 15) be and hereby is GRANTED.
