ORDER AFFIRMING THE
RECOMMENDED DECISION OF THE MAGISTRATE JUDGE
On December 5, 2022, the United States Magistrate Judge filed with the Court her Report
and Recommended Decision (ECF No. 21). Plaintiff filed an Objection to the Recommended
Decision (ECF No. 22) on December 19, 2022. Defendant filed a Response to this Objection (ECF
No. 26) on January 13, 2023.
I have reviewed and considered the Magistrate Judge’s Recommended Decision, together
with the entire record. I have made a de novo determination of all matters adjudicated by the
Magistrate Judge’s Recommended Decision. I concur with the recommendations of the United
States Magistrate Judge for the reasons set forth in her Recommended Decision and thus determine
that no further proceeding is necessary.
It is therefore ORDERED that:
1.
The Recommended Decision of the Magistrate Judge (ECF No. 21) is hereby
AFFIRMED.
2.
The Commissioner’s decision is hereby AFFIRMED.
SO ORDERED.
/s/ George Z. Singal
United States District Judge
