PHELPS, SR., et al. : : : ORDER Court Exhibit 1, consisting of financial statements of the Defendants, which were held under seal until determination by the jury of the Plaintiff's entitlement to punitive damages, was ultimately provided to the jury for purposes of considering punitive damages. That exhibit was sealed on November 1, 2007, and has remained sealed by Order of this Court. Petitions by the media, specifically The Baltimore Sun, by letter of November 6, 2007, have requested that this Court vacate the sealing order and permit the public release of these records. The parties and their respective counsel were notified of the media requests, and good cause has been shown. IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, this 9th day of November, 2007, that the Court's Order of November 1, 2007, sealing Court Exhibit 1 be vacated and said exhibit shall be made part of the public record of this case.
