Phelps, Sr. and Westboro Baptist Church, Inc. jointly and severally are hereby ordered and directed to pay to the Plaintiff, Albert Snyder, the total sum of $3,150.00 on account of the fees and costs incurred to effect service of the summons and complaint in this action; IT IS FURTHER HEREBY ORDERED, that said $3,150.00 shall be paid by certified check or money order within 30 days of the date of this Order. /s/ ______________________________________ Richard D.
