Civil No. RDB 06-1389 Dear Counsel: Pursuant to the telephone conference of January 29 2007, I am forwarding to Mr. Katz, counsel for the Defendants Fred W. Phelps, Sr., and Westboro Baptist Church, Inc., the medial records of the Plaintiff which I have reviewed in camera. I have redacted those portions as indicated in my telephone hearing with counsel, with the exception of two pages which remain partially highlighted in yellow. The original documents with no redaction as well as a copy of this letter and the redacted materials will be placed under seal and be part of the record of this case and subject to review by the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit in the event of an appeal in this matter.
