Phelps-Roper, having jointly moved for a Stay of Discovery in this matter until such time as they file motions to dismiss and the Court having granted said Defendants a one week extension for the filing of said motions; IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, this 17th day of April, 2007, that said Motion for Stay of Discovery (Paper #72) is DENIED; IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Scheduling Order in this case as set forth in a Letter Order of February 23, 2007, remain in effect with a discovery deadline of July 6, 2007, and a trial date of October 22, 2007. * * CIVIL NO.
