Sturgeon, Jr. moves this court for an order relieving him and the law firm Stephen H. Sturgeon & Associates, PC, as attorneys of record for Stelor Productions, LLC f/k/a Stelor Productions, Inc, in the above captioned action. Although there are multiple reasons and bases for this request for leave to withdraw (including the consent of Stelor Productions, LLC given to the undersigned counsel), it is noted that Local Rule 101(2)(b) provides that appearance of counsel may be withdrawn with leave of Court if appearance of other counsel has been entered. The appearance of other counsel has, in fact, been entered. Furthermore, Stelor Productions, LLC f/k/a Stelor Productions, Inc continues to be represented by a sizable law firm and has committed in writing to the undersigned counsel that, if necessary, it "has numerous relationships with various attorneys and law firms and that it will be able to obtain new counsel in an expeditious manner."
