MEMORANDUM OPINION concluding the clear weight of the intrinsic evidence, favors the Defendants' construction of the disputed claim term; adopting contruction of the term "amine polymer" as used in the '775 Patent: a molecule that is capable of interacting with a polar solvent, is non-aromatic, contains cross-links, and is composed of repeating units, one or more of which contains an amine group.
