Justia Inc.’s motion to dismiss (ECF No. 15) is GRANTED;

2.

Cynthia McCoy and Justin Shelton’s motion to dismiss (ECF No. 9) is
GRANTED;

3.

all remaining defendants are dismissed;

4.

the Clerk shall CLOSE this case; and

5.

the Clerk shall SEND a copy of the accompanying Memorandum and this Order
to the plaintiff James Redding, defendant Judges McClanahan, Haley, and Willis,
and counsel of record for defendants Mr. Shelton and Ms. McCoy.
