ftom, or displaying,whetherdirectly or indirectly, any CoStardatabase service or any portion
thereof, without first obtaining written authorization from CoStar.
2.

portion thereof for any purposeother than as specificallyset forth in a valid CoStarlicense agreement;

interferingwith CoStar'scurrentor prospective contracts p~ ining to use and
access CoStar's of database service; and

perfonninganyof the activitiesreferred above. to
