P 6(b), Defendant Freeman hereby moves for a four-day extension of the time in which to file its Reply Brief in Support of its Partial Motion to Dismiss for Failure to State Claim. The Reply Brief is currently due on Monday, January 4, 2010. Freeman seeks leave to file the Reply Brief on Friday, January 8, 2010. Freeman seeks the extension because the Reply Brief is due on the first business day of the new year, and counsel for Freeman have vacation scheduled for the preceding week.
