SCHEDULING ORDER
It is ORDERED that the parties shall adhere to the following schedule in the
above-styled and numbered action:
All non-expert discovery shall be completed on or before November 4,2011.
Plaintiffs Rule 26(a)(2) expert disclosures shall be completed on or before
December 1, 2011.
Defendant's Rule 26(a)(2) expert disclosures shall be completed on or before
February 17,2012.
Plaintiffs Rule 26(a)(2) rebuttal expert disclosures shall be completed on or
before April 4, 2012.
The parties shall complete all expert discovery and submit status report on or
before May 2,2012.
The parties shall complete Rule 26(e)(2) supplementation on or before May 2,
2012.
The parties shall serve requests for admission on or before May 2, 2012.
The parties shall file any pre-trial dispositive motions on or before June 6, 2012.
