ORDER
In light of the Temporary Restraining Order issued by the United States District Court for
the District of Hawaii and the Notice of Appeal filed by Defendants in this action, ECF No. 160,
a telephone status conference is scheduled for March 21, 2017 at 3:00 p.m. Among the topics
to be discussed at the conference are whether the Court has the legal authority to issue a ruling
on the Motion for Preliminary Injunction of
S 5(d)
of the Executive Order, ECF No. 64, and the
Motion for Expedited Discovery, ECF Nos. 63, 92, and, if so, whether the Court should rule on
these Motions and on what schedule. Instructions for the call will be emailed to the parties.
