ORDER
For the reasons stated during the March 21, 2017 Case Management Conference, it is
hereby ORDERED that:
1. The parties shall submit briefing on the issue of the Court's jurisdiction over the proposed
motion. The briefing shall also address any legal considerations concerning whether the
Court should stay or refrain from ruling on the proposed motion and the pending Motion
for Preliminary Injunction of
S 5(d)
of the Executive Order, ECF No. 64. Plaintiffs' brief
will be deemed timely if filed by March 24, 2017. Defendants' brief is due by March
31,2017.
Plaintiffs' reply brief or notice that they will not be filing such a brief is due by
April S, 2017.
2. The March 28, 2017 hearing on the Motion for Preliminary Injunction of
Executive Order is continued.
