ORDER
For the reasons stated during the October 3, 2017 Case Management Conference, it is
hereby ORDERED that:
Plaintiffs are granted leave to file a Second Amended Complaint and a Motion for a
Preliminary Injunction.
The Plaintiffs have informed the Court that they are able to file the
Second Amended Complaint by October 5, 2017. As agreed upon by the parties, Defendants'
deadline to file an Answer or other responsive pleading is suspended pending resolution of the
Motion for a Preliminary
Injunction.
The schedule for the briefing of the Motion for a
Preliminary Injunction is as follows:
Plaintiffs' Motion: October 6, 2017 at 12:00 noon
Defendants' Response: October 12, 2017 at 12:00 noon
Plaintiffs' Reply: October 14, 2017 at 12:00 noon
A hearing on the Motion is scheduled for October 17, 2017 at 9:30 a.m. at the United
States Courthouse located at 6500 Cherrywood Lane in Greenbelt, Maryland. The specific
courtroom for the hearing will be available the week of the proceeding on the Court's website.
