ORDER
For the reasons stated during the October 5, 2017 Case Management Conference, it is
hereby ORDERED that:
The parties should provide notice to the Court by October 12, 2017 at 5:00 p.m. of (1)
any witnesses they seek to call at the hearing, (2) which counsel will be arguing and what issues
each counsel will address, and (3) who will be seated at counsel table. If any party seeks to call a
witness, it must include in its notice an explanation of why that witness's live testimony is
necessary. Any objections to witnesses must be filed by October 13, 2017 at 5:00 p.m.
