hereby ORDERED that:

is deemed filed on February 13, 2017.
Because defense
counsel has stated that Defendants are not presently opposing the Motion, it is now ripe
for disposition.
2. Plaintiffs are granted leave to file a Motion for Preliminary Injunction.
The Motion will
be deemed timely if filed by February 22, 2017. Defendants' Opposition to the Motion
is due by March 8,2017.
Plaintiffs' Reply to Defendants' Opposition is due by March
15,2017.
3. Plaintiffs are granted leave to file a Motion for Limited Expedited Discovery.
The
Motion will be deemed timely if filed by February 22, 2017. Defendants' Opposition to
