The Clerk is directed to enter a final judgment in this matter direting that : Plaintiff take nothing from Defendant Walsh [26 5] ; $14,000,000.00, plus interest from June 3, 2004, the date the complaint was filed, be awarded on the claim against Defendant Callahan 395 ; $1,613, 846.50 in attorney's fees be award against Defendant Callahan; and $51,631.93, in costs be awarded against Defendant Callahan (Geraldino-Karasek, Clarilde)

In consideration of Plaintiff’s Motion to Alter Judgment [#460] with respect to:
1.
The jury’s verdict of April 9, 2008, concerning Richard Walsh (Counts I and II)
[# 265]; and,
2.
The jury’s verdict of October 21, 2009, concerning Timothy Callahan (Counts I
and II) [#395],
this Court directs the entry of a separate, appealable judgment.
The Clerk is directed to enter a final judgment in this matter directing that:
1.
Plaintiff take nothing from Defendant Walsh [#265];
2.
$14,000,000.00, plus interest from June 3, 2004, the date the complaint was filed,
be awarded on the claim against Defendant Callahan [#395];
3.
$1,613,846.50 in attorney’s fees be awarded against Defendant Callahan; and
4.
$51,631.93, in costs be awarded against Defendant Callahan.
