ASSENTED-TO MOTION TO EXTEND DEADLINE FOR COMPLETING PRODUCTION OF ALL RESPONSIVE DOCUMENTS FROM MARCH 2 TO MARCH 9, 2007 Defendants F. Hoffmann-La Roche Ltd, Roche Diagnostics GmbH, and Hoffmann-La Roche Inc. (collectively "Roche") respectfully move the Court to extend the deadline for completing production of all responsive documents from March 2 to March 9, 2007. As grounds for this motion, the parties state that it has taken more time to produce responsive documents than anticipated, due to complications associated with electronic discovery and other factors. Amgen consents to and joins in the motion, and its time for completing production of all responsive documents is similarly extended. The previously ordered deadlines relating to claim construction, dispositive motions, and trial are not affected by this motion.
