R. Civ. P. 16(a) and a hearing to consider oral argument on the "Plaintiff's Motion to Compel Production of Documents Pursuant to F. R. Civ. P. 37(a)" (Docket No. 40). After reviewing the parties' submissions and considering the parties' arguments, this court hereby ORDERS as follows: 1. The plaintiff's motion to compel is DENIED WITHOUT PREJUDICE. The parties are to confer, and plaintiff will file a supplemental motion to compel if necessary. The parties shall complete fact discovery by July 13, 2007. The parties shall file any motions for summary judgment by August 31, 2007. Any oppositions to motions for summary judgment should be filed in accordance with the applicable rules.
