UNOPPOSED MOTION FOR WITHDRAWAL
OF JEREMY P. OCZEK AS COUNSEL OF RECORD
Pursuant to Local Rule 83.5.2(c), Mark Zuckerberg, Dustin Moskovitz, Andrew
McCollum, Christopher Hughes, and Facebook, Inc. (“Facebook Defendants”), respectfully
move, by and through undersigned counsel, for an order permitting the withdrawal of Jeremy P.
Oczek as counsel of record. In support of this motion, it is hereby stated:
1.

Attorney Jeremy P. Oczek is no longer with Proskauer Rose LLP (“Proskauer”),

co-counsel for Facebook Defendants in the above-captioned litigation.
2.

Steven M. Bauer and Sharada Devarasetty from Proskauer, as well as attorneys

from Orrick Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP, will continue to represent Facebook Defendants and
will remain counsel of record.
3.

Pursuant to Local Rule 7.1, Counsel for Facebook Defendants have conferred

with Counsel for Plaintiffs and Defendant Eduardo Saverin and they do not object to the
withdrawal of Mr. Oczek.

WHEREFORE, it is respectfully requested that the Court authorize the withdrawal of
Jeremy P. Oczek as counsel of record and instruct the Clerk of the Court to remove Mr. Oczek
from any applicable service list and to terminate the delivery of all CM/ECF notices to Mr.
Oczek in the above-captioned case.
