Eduardo Saverin, and Facebook LLC; on the one hand and Plaintiffs Cameron Winklevoss, Tyler
Winklevoss, and Divya Narendra; on the other, hereby stipulate that Defendants’ Opposition to
Plaintiffs’ Motion to Preserve Information Needed for Rule 60(b) Motion, currently due on
August 29, 2011, shall instead be due on September 2, 2011. The parties further stipulate that
Defendants may file a single, consolidated Opposition to the Motion to Preserve Information and
Plaintiffs’ Motion for Discovery Under Fed.R.Civ.P. 60(b).
