Maffei, a member of the bar of this Court and counsel of record for the plaintiff, Skyhook Wireless, Inc., hereby moves for an order allowing S. Albert Wang ("Attorney Wang") to appear in this matter on behalf of the plaintiff. As grounds for this motion, the undersigned relies upon the affidavit of Attorney Wang, which is attached hereto as Exhibit A, and states as follows: 1. Attorney Wang is an attorney and associate in the law firm of Irell & Manella

LLP, in that firm's office in Los Angeles, California. 2. Attorney Wang represents the plaintiff and he will be assisted in this litigation by

attorneys at Griesinger, Tighe and Maffei, LLP, including Thomas Maffei. 3. Attorney Wang is a member of the bar of the State of California. He also is

admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Northern District of California, together with the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit (California). 4. Attorney Wang is a member in good standing in all jurisdictions where he has

been admitted to practice.
