In view of the foregoing, the court concludes that defendants have not shown by a preponderance of the evidence that the amount in controversy in this case is greater than $75,000. Accordingly, it is hereby ORDERED that Arrigo's Motion for Remand (Docket No.4) is ALLOWED and this case is REMANDED to the Middlesex Superior Court.(Hohler, Daniel)
