JOINT MOTION FOR CONTINUANCE OF SCHEDULING CONFERENCE Plaintiff Facebook, Inc. and Defendants Phoenix Media/Communications Group, Inc., People2People Group, Inc., Tele-Publishing, Inc., and FNX Broadcasting LLC respectfully move this Court for a continuance of the scheduling conference presently set for 3:30 p.m. on April 7, 2011. The parties are actively discussing proposals that, if agreed upon, would resolve the case. Therefore, the parties respectfully request that the Court postpone the scheduling conference presently set for 3:30 p.m. tomorrow to April 25, 27, or 28, or to such later date when the Court is available to hear the parties. Additionally, Facebook respectfully requests that, if the Court decides to proceed with the conference tomorrow, its California counsel be allowed to appear telephonically. Facebook's counsel in Boston, Donald K. Stern, will be present at the hearing in person. Defendants assent to this request.
