On February 8, 2013, Defendant J.P. Morgan Chase Bank, N.A. (“Defendant”)
filed a Motion to Impound Documents which concerned Defendant’s Supplemental
Memorandum In Support Of Defendants’ Motions Seeking Relief In Connection With Plaintiffs’
Filing Of Prohibited Materials (“Supplemental Memorandum”).
The Court, having considered the Motion to Impound, finds good cause for placing the
Supplemental Memorandum under seal.
