show cause, Roden’s Motion to Dismiss Petition for Lack of Prosecution [#27] is ALLOWED.
Roden’s Motion to Dismiss the Petition for a Writ of Habeas Corpus [#23] is accordingly
MOOT. This case is CLOSED.
