Pembroke Health System’s Motion to Dismiss Plaintiff’s Complaint [#43] is DENIED AS
MOOT and its Corrected Motion to Dismiss [#45] is ALLOWED. Defendant Westwood
Pembroke Health System is dismissed from this case.
