Pursuant to Local Rule 83.5.3, Defendant President and Fellows of Harvard College
moves that Daniel Winik of Wilmer Cutler Pickering Hale and Dorr LLP, 1875 Pennsylvania
Avenue NW, Washington, D.C. 20006, be permitted to appear pro hac vice (in association with
the undersigned) to represent it in this matter.

Mr. Winik is associated with the law firm of Wilmer Cutler Pickering Hale and
Dorr LLP. He is a member in good standing of the District of Columbia Bar and the Maryland
Bar, as well as the bars of the U.S. Supreme Court and the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the First
Circuit, Second Circuit, Ninth Circuit, Tenth Circuit, Eleventh Circuit, and District of Columbia
Circuit. There are no disciplinary proceedings pending against Mr. Winik in any jurisdiction.
