I, JON M. GREENBAUM, depose and state as follows:
1.

I am an attorney licensed to practice law in the District of Columbia and the State

of California.
2.

I am a resident of the Commonwealth of Virginia.

3.

I am the Chief Counsel at the Lawyers’ Committee for Civil Rights Under Law,

located at 1401 New York Avenue, NW, Suite 400 Washington, D.C. 20005. The office

I am authorized to practice law in the following federal courts: United States

Supreme Court; United States Court of Appeals for the First, Sixth, Ninth, and District of
Columbia Circuits; and United States District Courts for the District of Columbia, Eastern
District of California, Central District of California, and Northern District of Ohio.

I was admitted to practice law in the State of California on December, 6, 1993.

My California Bar Registration number is 166733. I was admitted to practice law in the
District of Columbia. My District of Columbia Bar Registration number is 489887.

I have never been suspended or disbarred in my jurisdiction, and there are no

represent Proposed Defendant-Intervenors in this proceeding until the final determination

all respects as if I were regularly admitted.
