JOINT STATEMENT REGARDING THE SUBMISSION OF AMICUS BRIEFS
The Court, in its order of May 23, 2018 (Dkt. 404), set a schedule for the submission of
amicus briefs in support of or opposition to summary judgment. In response to questions the
parties have received and anticipate from amici, the parties jointly submit the following joint
statement:
The parties mutually consent to the filing of amicus briefs in support of or opposing
summary judgment. It is our understanding that any person or entity that intends to file an
amicus brief will seek, by motion, the Court’s leave to do so. The parties also would not oppose
the Court’s granting omnibus leave for any interested party to file an amicus brief.
