to Dismiss Plaintiff’s Amended Complaint for Failure to State a Claim [#73] is ALLOWED.
Further, the remaining claims in the Amended Complaint [#45-1] are DISMISSED and the
Complaint [#1] is DISMISSED in its entirety.
