Having reviewed plaintiff's submission of affidavits, the court finds that plaintiff has established the risk of irreparable harm to its business and reputation as a result o f defendants' solicitation of plaintiff's customers in contravention to their employment agreements. The court also grants the TRO because defendants have failed to timely respond to the court's order to show cause why this TRO should not enter. (RGS, int2)
