Judge Rya W. Zobel: ORDER entered granting in part and denying in part 11 Motion for Default Judgment. Plaintiffs are entitled to judgment on Counts 1 & 2 including $27,500 in associated damages; plaintiffs' request for injunctive relief is allowed. Counts 3 through 5 of the complaint remain. the entry of judgment is premature. By 11/6/2020, plaintiffs shall advise the court of their proposed disposition of these counts.
