While the Justice Department does not object to the entry of the Consent Decree, it does express significant concerns regarding the use and oversight of the EBP funds (expected to focused on improving air quality). In that regard, the court directs the parties to submit on the docket, within 5 days of their filing, the annual EBP reporting required under GENERAL OBLIGATIONS AND REPORTING (A.
