Judge Michael A Ponsor: MEMORANDUM AND ORDER entered. As follows: Plaintiffs Motion for an Order Enforcing Settlement Agreements (Dkt. No. 45 ) is hereby ALLOWED. In accepting these settlements, Plaintiffs acknowledge that they may not pursue any c laim for attorneys fees as to the settled claims. They may of course seek fees if they prevail on some or all of the claims still subject to litigation. Defendants will fully comply with the interest provisions of the settlement agreements.
