DEFENDANT PAPYRUS-RECYCLED GREETINGS, INC.’S ASSENTED TO MOTION
FOR EXTENSION OF TIME TO ANSWER OR OTHERWISE RESPOND
Defendant Papyrus-Recycled Greetings, Inc. (“Papyrus”) respectfully requests a sixty
(60) day extension of time up to and including July 3, 2013, to answer or otherwise respond to
the Complaint in above-captioned action. Papyrus has conferred with counsel for the Plaintiff
Excelsior Printing Company as well as Defendant Matthew Inman and counsel for both parties
have assented to a sixty extension to file a responsive pleading. As good cause for this Motion,
Papyrus states that it have only recently retained counsel in this action and requires additional
time to adequately prepare pleadings responsive to Plaintiff’s claims.
WHEREFORE, the Defendant Papyrus-Recycled Greetings, Inc. respectfully requests
that the Court extend the deadline for responding to the Plaintiff’s Complaint until July 3, 2013.
