MOTION FOR ADMISSION PRO HAC VICE
Pursuant to Massachusetts Local Rule 83.5.3(b), Arpiar M. Saunders, Esq., a member in
good standing of the Bar of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the United States District
Court for the District of Massachusetts, moves for the admission of Venkat Balasubramani, a
member of the State Bar of California and the Washington State Bar Association, to this Court
for the purpose of representing defendant Matthew Inman in the above-captioned matter, and
states as follows:
1.

This case in not a related or consolidated matter for which Venkat Balasubramani

has previously applied to appear pro hac vice.
2.

Venkat Balasubramani is an attorney in good standing and authorized to appear in

the courts of the State of Washington and the State of California. Mr. Balasubramani’s
California State bar number is 189192. Mr. Balasubramani’s Washington State bar number is
28269.

3.

Mr. Balasubramani is familiar with the applicable provisions of the Local Rules

of the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts.
4.

Pursuant to Local Rule 7.1(a), counsel for Mr. Inman has conferred with counsel

for the Plaintiff, who advised that he has no objections.
