GOOGLE, INC., Defendant. ORDER On July 31, 2006, the parties filed a "Joint Stipulated Motion to Modify the Court's Scheduling Order of May 25, 2006 Regarding Expert Depositions." In their motion, the parties have jointly agreed "to extend the deadline for expert discovery from July 31, 2006, to September 30, 2006." Insofar as the parties are in agreement, the Court, in believing that their joint proposal will advance the resolution of this dispute, grants the parties' joint motion to modify the Scheduling Order of May 25, 2006. Accordingly, the deadline upon which the parties shall have to conduct the requisite discovery of all identified experts is now set for September 30, 2006.
