continue to work on post trial issues. 4. Whereas, the parties have agreed the final date for discovery needs to be extended

beyond April 1, 2009. NOW THEREFORE, it is hereby stipulated and agreed that the discovery deadline shall be extended to May 8, 2009 with respect to responding to all currently outstanding written discovery requests and that the final date for all discovery referred to in this Court's Order dated February 24, 2009 shall be extended to June 10, 2009.
