Whereas, on February 24, 2009 the Court ordered that discovery in this case was Case No. 2:07-cv-13164 Hon. Anna Diggs Taylor Dockets.Justia.com extended until April 1, 2009. 2. Whereas, counsel for the parties have been in trial in the case of F.B.T. Productions LLC and Em2M, LLC v Aftermath Records et al, United States District Court, Central District of California, Case No. CV 07-03314 PSG which concluded on March 6, 2009. 3. Whereas, since the conclusion of that trial, counsel for the parties have been and continue to work on post trial issues. 4. Whereas, the parties have agreed the final date for discovery needs to be extended beyond April 1, 2009. NOW THEREFORE, it is hereby stipulated and agreed that the discovery deadline shall be extended to May 8, 2009 with respect to responding to all currently outstanding written discovery requests and that the final date for all discovery referred to in this Court's Order dated February 24, 2009 shall be extended to June 10, 2009. IT IS SO ORDERED.
