Scheer STIPULATION AND ORDER TO EXTEND DISCOVERY TO ALLOW ADDITIONAL DEPOSITIONS TO BE TAKEN Comes now plaintiffs Eight Mile Style, LLC and Martin Affiliated, LLC, and defendants Apple, Inc. and Aftermath Records d/b/a Aftermath Entertainment, and hereby stipulate as follows: Dockets.Justia.com 1. Whereas, the Court granted the motion of plaintiffs to postpone the trial in this action from October 14, 2008 to November 10, 2008; 2. 3. Whereas, the close of discovery is currently set for June 2, 2008; Whereas, the parties have been conducting depositions and both identified depositions yet to be taken on the record at the deposition of Patricia Blair taken in this case on May 29, 2008; 4. June 28, 2008; 5. Whereas, the parties have agreed that any dispute over the depositions discussed Whereas, the parties have agreed to conduct the depositions discussed prior to on the record and the deposition of Patricia Blair shall be addressed with the court at the hearing concerning plaintiffs' Motion to Compel (Doc. No. 33); NOW THEREFORE, it is hereby stipulated and agreed that the discovery deadline shall be extended to June 27, 2008 to allow the parties to conduct the depositions identified on the record at the deposition of Patricia Blair taken in this case on May 29, 2008. IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the discovery deadline shall be extended to June 27, 2008, for the sole purpose of allowing the parties to conduct the depositions identified on the record at the deposition of Patricia Blair taken in this case on May 29, 2008.
