BATTANI ORDER GRANTING DEFENDANT NAVIGATION CATALYST SYSTEMS, INC.'S MOTION FOR CLARIFICATION OF ORDER DENYING MOTION FOR PROTECTIVE ORDER AND, IF NECESSARY, A STAY OF THE PIRRONE DEPOSITION AND DENYING NAVIGATION CATALYST SYSTEMS, INC.'S MOTION TO COMPEL FURTHER RESPONSES AND PRODUCTION OF DOCUMENTS This matter is before the Court on Defendant's Motion for Clarification (Doc. No. 155). For the reasons stated on the record at a hearing held April 17, 2011, the motion is GRANTED. The Court also heard oral argument on Defendant's Motion to Compel Further Responses and Production of Documents (Doc. No. 152). For the reasons stated on the record, the motion is DENIED. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that additional discovery, if needed, must be completed on or before June 30, 2011; dispositive motions must be filed on or before July 15, 2011, and oral argument will be heard on September 22, 2011, at 2:00.
