ORDER TO REMOVE IMAGE AND FILE UNDER SEAL

On August 15, 2011, Plaintiff The Weather Underground filed its response to
Defendants’ Motion for Summary Judgment with exhibits (Dkt. No. 205). Exhibits D
through I (Attachments 5 to 10 to Dkt. No. 205) were inadvertently filed unsealed.
Plaintiff requests that these Exhibits be removed and filed under seal.
For the reasons stated above, Plaintiff’s Exhibits D through I to its response to
Defendants’ Motion for Summary Judgment are hereby removed from the Docket and
filed under seal.
